No worries, we deal with similar cases on a daily basis. Just open a ticket with our Support Team and send us the following info:

- Game that you are referring to

- Your player id / gamer tag / nickname in the game

- Proof of purchase. It can be bank invoice, invoice from Apple AppStore or order confirmation with order number from Google Play.

In case of Google Play purchases, order number looks similar to the pattern: GPA.1234-1234-1234-12345

Typically you can find your order confirmations in your email box after the purchase was made.

As soon this information will be sent to us, support team members will forward your request to Billing Department for verification.
