I made a purchase, but didn't receive it. What is wrong?

It can take up to 48 hours for the purchase to go through. Restarting your device may also update the info on your device.

In case it still hasn’t arrived after 2 days - please, use in-game support chat system that is located in Help Center in the game or here and send us a screenshot of the receipt you got on your email for that purchase and don’t forget to tell us your username in the game.

Once we receive this information, we will investigate the matter and get back to you ASAP.
