I bought the Gold Pass but didn’t get all my gold. What is happening?

Let us explain how the “Gold Pass” works:

After purchasing the “Gold Pass” - you will receive 25 gold every day for 30/365 days from the actual moment of purchase. Lifetime subscription will go on forever till the end of times :)
The first gold is given straight after the purchase.

Then the process goes like this:

If you do not enter the game, your gold accumulates - but only up to 3 days. If you enter on the third day - you will get 75 gold altogether.
But if you enter the game on the fourth day only, then you will get 25 gold for this day; and you will lose 75 gold for the previous 3 days you missed.
The game is sending a push notifications about this.

Daily notifications are sent between 19.00-21.00 (local time of each player).
You can always check how many days left on your subscription by going to the Store. Also, if you’ll buy a subscription while already having an active one, your active one will get an extended period and not the double amount of gold. For example, if you’ll buy 1 month Gold pass and then another one right away, you’ll have 2 months of daily 25 gold and not 50 gold for 30 days.
