I received a message about my account being suspended (banned). What do I do?

Clash of the Damned is all about fairplay. We spare no effort in maintaining the most reliable anti-cheating system and it works great. Any meddling with the game data and / or time on your device will cause an automatic ban: you will not be able to play online and your campaign progress will not be saved. Banned players are also removed from Clans and will not receive Event prizes and other Rewards.

If you think your account has been suspended by mistake, please contact us via Creative Mobile Support

State your character's name, your Unique ID (find it in the Options screen) and provide a brief explanation of what's happened. Do not uninstall the game under any circumstances, because it will erase your game save from your phone or tablet and you will lose your progress.
