I have completed an offer to get free Gems / Gold, but haven't got my reward yet. What do I do?

First, please check the offer's details and make sure you have completed all its requirements. Some of them require more than just downloading / launching an app: you may need to register or subscribe.

Please also bear in mind that some offer providers need more time than others to update their records and unlock your reward. Unfortunately, because offers are served by third-party suppliers, we have no direct control over reward handling process.
